Vincent was very attentive, friendly, and NEVER pressured. He pulled up the website to verify pricing that drew us in, went over all the available models and trims, and set us loose on the test drive. Vincent worked with us to reach a good deal, then walked us through each step of the purchase process and paperwork. Vincent even provided excellent follow-up service when we discovered a slight dent we had missed due bad weather when at the dealership, arranging complete resolution. Ken was a good finance/business manager and helped facilitate the fastest purchase process we've ever experienced. After previous positive experience with this dealership, this purchase solidified the great impression of this dealership. More
