Having recently purchased a car from Fairfax Hyundai it was a very different experience. Joseph McNulty had immense patience and was extremely knowledgeable. It did not seem like it would work out but Joseph was able to bring together different options and alternatives. In the end it felt like buying from a trusted family member. Jae Lee in finance was wonderful as well. Very detail oriented, knowledgeable and very efficient while pleasant and kind. Walked out with a smile and love my new car. Had to go back for a minor vehicle adjustment and once again amazing service from Jospeh and team. All seemed a bit surreal but would highly recommend this group to others as well. Who knew a dealership could operate in this way, not I. Kudos to this exceptional team. More
