I took my 2024 hybrid Tucson in for service for two primary concerns: 1. The battery dies routinely and 2. Getting the door handle off to use the key to enter when the battery dies is near impossible ( primary concerns: 1. The battery dies routinely and 2. After a four hour wait in a crowded waiting room, I was told to monitor the battery which I had already been doing for months which prompted me to return to dealership where I purchased the vehicle. With regard to door handle removal, I was told it was a poor design fixed in the 2025 model. More
