I have always been a long time Ford buyer, but was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of professionalism and cooperation that was extended to me at the dealers near me. They seemed uninterested in getting me into the vehicle that I wanted and not the substandard one they wanted to sell me. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and friendliness at Safford Hyundai. I was immediately greeted by Bishnu and asked how they could help me. Since I knew what I was looking, he was able to show me several Tucson’s in my price range. It was shocking that I also did not have to spend all day at the dealership finalizing my purchase.
