Their Sales team was great. He helped us find a good price and was a pleasure to work with him. We will happily purchase again from Hyundai Dealer because of our experience with Terrence. There are key notes/areas of opportunity for this Hyundai dealer though. This is for the team in charge of financing and completing the sales purchase and final financing process. We suggest you change the approach of how you sell the extra car insurance packages (maintenance, tech features, protection). Those are important but the Dealership pushes customers to finance those and you should present them informing why they are recommended, and explaining how the options are calculated and let the customer have time to decide which one they want or be ok if they decline. If this becomes a more informational convo both parties will win. This is the real moment where you gain a repeat customer or loose that option. Most importantly, do not default to finance them. Finally, I think you need to pay more attention how you manage the customer information. We felt very uncomfortable looking at our info going back and forth. These recommendations are mainly for the leadership/top Hyundai Dealer Management team, not their associates. They all were great! More
