The service department seem to do good work. I had some issues with the service consultants. I did not receive the correct time for the completion of work. Something that was stated 3 hours took I had some issues with the service consultants. I did not receive the correct time for the completion of work. Something that was stated 3 hours took 6. Then when the car was completed did not get notified. I was on site. I had to ask for status. Called several times the mail box was full and then got hung on. Shuttled to the mall 2.2 miles away when called for a pick up crickets. Walked the 2.2 miles and no one but the initial shuttle person apologized. Not my service consultant appeared to careless. Mind you this is my first purchase for this brand. And my first interaction with this service department. This is truly unacceptably, and heartbreaking because I really like the car. I just think they could do better. I went to see the service manager but he appeared to be cutting up with a service consultant. Laughing and appear to having a good old time. Again. DO BETTER. I’m willing to to give another chance Because there was one consultant at least heard me out and checked on the car for me. I will try him next time. If that doesn’t work out I will be looking for a new service department. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. More
