I took my business to Safford Hyundai of Springfield VA, after speaking with Joey Mollica in Service. Great experience with Joey fixing several issues. After deciding to upgrade to the G80, I did my research on-line and would have only visited dealers offering the best internet prices, except with Mollica I experienced professionalism and great service, so I made a visit to Safford sales. To be clear, if it wasn't for Mollica, I would not have purchased my G80 through Safford. In Sales, I met Scott Lee (General Sales Manager) and my salesperson was Bishnu Deuja. Both were very informative and helpful. The entire sales experience was what I was looking for. The sales staff was fair and accommodating. I appreciate Scott and Bishnu taking the time to answer all my questions. This is a great example of how every business team member reflects on the business as a whole. If your service and sales department is professional, it wins repeat customers. More
