He followed up frequently and kept me completely informed. Knew about the vehicles and he inspired confidence in my purchase since he clearly believes in the product(s) that he is selling. Plus, he has a good sense of humor and truly enjoys his work, as well as interacting with customers. Kero's boss, Scott Lee, the General Sales Manager, was similarly professional, amiable, and extremely well-informed. He helped to close the deal and he should be commended for understanding his customers' needs and desires. He was a great listener. Simply stated, it's clear that he has also done a great job mentoring and training his sales staff. (For example: Steve Brenner was another Sales rep with whom I dealt and he, like everyone else was also professional and friendly.) Alex Sandoval, the Finance Manager, is simply the best Finance Manager I've dealt with in purchasing a car. Everyone normally hates this part of the process when purchasing a vehicle, but he made it easy and smooth. Finally, I met Printiss Swanson, the Parts Specialist, and he truly extended the red carpet treatment. He was knowledgeable and he answered all my questions, as he attempted to discern my requirements. The bottom line is clear: I will be servicing my new car at the Safford dealership and recommending them to my friends. P.S. - and I love the car! More
