Ot took a long time. 5 hours just to look at our radio and check that our exhaust was working correctly. Nothing was done because they couldn't find anything major. I came for a recall , somehow the mechanic drop my car from the lift and damaged my driver side door , yes they fixed it but my car is not the same anymore. I was furious because I was told by an employee that there was a HUGE surcharge to use my credit card. He said he told management that this was a hardship for customers and management told him not to wo there was a HUGE surcharge to use my credit card. I am looking to switch dealers. The mechanic was good and fast, getting me out a lot sooner than expected, but I was upset that I have to return next month for a vehicle inspection (they could have done it then) and to get new wiper blades. Again, they could have replaced them. It's lack of communication. More

I scheduled the appointment specifically for a recall service, called before hand to check if they had the part (they said they did), got there and waited for the service and was told after an hour they service, called before hand to check if they had the part (they said they did), got there and waited for the service and was told after an hour they couldn't perform because they didn't have the part. This was the 4th time I had the vehicle in for this recall with each time being told they didn't have the art. I would have rated much lower but the service agent really did well to find a solution by getting the part from Alexandria so they could complete the service. Good on her! More
