The service that I received initially seemed to go well. Then days afterward I started to get emails from CarFax with mileage estimates that are 60,000 miles over my current mileage. When I checked the service ticket I saw that Safford indicated my mileage was 94,845 rather than a correct value of about 34,845. I am concerned that this will cause suspicion that the odometer was rolled back at some point. It could also present a problem if an insurance action bases the value of my car using this inaccurate mileage figure. I called the Service Department to get this corrected, and could not reach a live person. I left a message that there was a problem, and asked for a return phone call. It has been nearly a week, and I have not heard back from the Safford Service Department. This lack of follow-up has turned my favorable opinion of the dealer into a rather negative impression. More
