This is my fourth Hyundai purchased through this dealership and the service center has always been highly rated by me However my last visit , not so much. No return calls as promised, no response to dealership and the service center has always been highly rated by me However my last visit , not so much. No return calls as promised, no response to messages. After trying to call 7 times I finally went through the operator to get a call back. After my second visit to the shop for a starting issue, was told that it would have to “break” before the could determine this issue. I felt that if I was a paying customer and not a warranty customer, it would have been fixed! Now I’m waiting to be stranded somewhere! So my review is not good this time! Had to wait 7 days just to get my car in to be checked and then had to leave it for the day! More
