Never answer the phone and no call back. Had left many messages to Zachary service manager, no replying to the text message. My car was with the dealer for over a month. I was asked to pickup my car and they tell me that my tires are cut and loosing air that I have to replace my tires. Shouldn't they have told me this without asking me that my car was ready. I can write more but don't have the time to waste. I have been to the dealer twice that they called and said that my car was ready and both time I went in they said I had two cut tires I had new tires replaced in June 2023. The second time I cam in after getting a call saying my car was ready, I went in I had a flat tire my side mirror drivers side is messed up does not work it was in good condition when I had my car, and a piece that's you change gears they had removed it and the little clip is missing.
