He me an estimate for the oil change and also informing me that I needed an engine carbon flush. I agreed to those repairs. Then hours later, 1hr before closing, I was told there was a transmission oil pan me that I needed an engine carbon flush. I agreed to those repairs. Then hours later, 1hr before closing, I was told there was a transmission oil pan leak. (None of this was stated in the previous discussion and NO photos were sent). It seemed like a shady deal so I showed up to the shop. Looked at my car and discussed things with Ha and Anthony. It was a great conversation with them and much needed clarification. Just wish that Chaz and his tech could have been more upfront and clear with what was going on. In the future I will be sure to remember to work with my trusted service writer Scott and his team.
