I brought my Mazda in for a manufacturer's recall. Even though I had scheduled an appointment to replace a part per texts I received from the dealership, the dealership did not have the replacement pa Even though I had scheduled an appointment to replace a part per texts I received from the dealership, the dealership did not have the replacement part somehow. I got my oil changed and Dametrius said they found issues that may need to be addressed. I asked him to put together a list of issues and the costs and how critical they were. He did not follow up. He further told me that he would get the part Wednesday or Thursday and call me when it came in so we could do the service. As of today, I still have not back from him at all. More
