I was very much impressed with my car-buying experience at Safford Brown Mazda. Both Jayno,andToriano who met with us to discuss our purchase, and Ariel, whohelped us finance it were absolutely remarkable at Safford Brown Mazda. Both Jayno,andToriano who met with us to discuss our purchase, and Ariel, whohelped us finance it were absolutely remarkable sales personnel, they helped us know our options and gave examples to us to understand. It was not a stressful hard-court press, nor was it conflictual or contentious. My wife and I certainly felt encouraged to raise questions or concerns. We thought it may take a while, but we concluded our purchase within 2 hours. Ariel specifically outlined financing options for us and identified what was included. There was no paperwork to speak of, it was all done electronically with ease. Jayno helped facilitate our purchase from another state where we lived, sending us video, upon request, alerting us as to the status of the vehicle we were interested in, and again taking the time to tell us of the process, and helping to conclude our car buying experience into a timely wrap up, and talking to us about next steps. We would definitely buy another Mazda vehicle there, especially for my spouse that will soon need a vehicle. Overall, a very good experience for our family. More
