They have a lack of transparent pricing. For the estimated work, which was ALL they performed, they charged 28.5% more than the estimate I was given. Poor communication about the issues with my car, on multiple visits. This review could have been avoided if a caring, knowledgable person was able to address my concerns immediately within the first 20 multiple visits. Instead, it was dragged out over weeks and multiple visits. I did not feel listened to. I did not feel valued as a customer. I never felt like I got an honest answer that showed a modicum of empathy; they just wanted to move me along. Even when Anthony Gonzalez finally offered me a solution, he was demeaning, saying "You just need to read the owner's manual." (And I'll note, his solution is not listed in the owner's manual).
