Every time I come the process is a mess and takes much longer than basic maintenance should. This time after I had been at the service center for almost 3 hours I noticed my car was sitting parked in the longer than basic maintenance should. This time after I had been at the service center for almost 3 hours I noticed my car was sitting parked in the lot finished with the service. I waited another 15 minutes no one came to tell me I was finished. I had to go find someone to check out and get my keys back. And then someone had parked another car in front of mine. Blocking me in. I had an 8:15 appointment and I missed another 12 pm appointment that was only a 20 minute drive from the service center. I have had multiple poor experiences at this location. This will be the last one because I am not coming back to this location for service again. More

I recently brought in my Mazda CX-5 because the infotainment system kept disconnecting from CarPlay and Bluetooth.
