He explained all the features of the vehicle in detail while highlighting the vehicle’s condition and the preventative maintenance performed previously. He also explained they intensive inspection process they vehicle has been evaluated under and all necessary components of the vehicle had been replaced that would cause problem with the vehicle in the near future. All of these gestures illustrated the transparency and honesty of Mr. Bearce, the dealership and their staff. They experience that I had with Mr. Bearce was outstanding and the overall process of purchasing the vehicle form Brown’s Mazda seamed very efficient and systematic. Negotiated for 3 days via the Internet. Finally agreed on a price only to find how they reduce the price of their cars is to remove the freight charge and surprise you at the closing. I would not recommend this dealership. Robert specifically will fudge the numbers enough to make you come in there and everything will become a rush, sign this, do that.
