He will explain things to you, shoot straight with you, and help make your experience a good one. He has been selling cars for a long time so he knows his stuff and yet also knows how folks feel. That really helped relax me. Plus, he does not come on with high pressure. So, again, ask for William Weaver if you are even considering a Nissan. P.S. William was mentoring Alex when I was there. Alex was also very attentive and nice and since he is learning from the best, I am sure he will soon be another one to ask for by name. More
False commitment while selling vehicle I took my lease vehicle back and was going to purchase that same vehicle and the reason why i was going to do that because i had gone over my leased m I took my lease vehicle back and was going to purchase that same vehicle and the reason why i was going to do that because i had gone over my leased mileage. Sales person agreed up to the price for another car i had in mind however i was hesitant for the price i would have to pay for over mileage at that time i was told by the representative who apparently was a manager that there will be nothing to worry about for lease vehile you will only need to pay around $300 which is left to pay for lease. As soon as we buy new vehicle everything else is waived. So i bought this new vehicle about a month later i get a bill for $2600 from nissan for mileage overage. I called the same rep and asked him what is it. He mentioned that they are not Nissan and the bill is from Nissan. I was assuming when he presented the bill for $300 for vehicle i was leasing he knew what ge was doing or if i would be getting another bill or something. He completely deniehd and said there’s nothing he can do without even trying to seek help for me also argued with me over the phone. I financed through them and despite having excellent credit they gave me 6.89% rate so I refinanced my vehicle from credit union. Now i wanted my refund for gap coverage. I had provided everything about two weeks ago and i was promised that i will get refund in two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so i went to the dealership today i was told another two weeks. Never ever go there to purchase or lease. Every single commitment is just a lie to get the sale of a car. For this dealership customers are just number of sales they can do. No such thing as customer service. I will never ever recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

A quick purchase with a quick turn around Having been looking into getting a new car recently, I was struggling to make a decent decision. After having visited Will Weaver over at Brown's Nis Having been looking into getting a new car recently, I was struggling to make a decent decision. After having visited Will Weaver over at Brown's Nissan, I was introduced to a Kia Forte and a Nissan Versa that were both to die for. While I was unable to make a solid decision on the fly, Will helped ease us into making what I believe was the right choice. He had all the necessary information we needed and was able to provide it to us very quickly at every turn. While I felt that we were becoming a headache to Will, he assured us at all times that he understood the conundrum we were going through and did everything to make sure that this was a stress free scenario. In the end, we opted to go for the Kia Forte after requesting information regarding the Warranty that was given to us in a prompt and professional matter. Having concluded our business, Will agreed to let us bring the vehicle in on another day for a separate inspection and gave us some absolutely fantastic service. While I was skeptical about getting into a new car because of the process from A to B being a nightmare, Will really made it easy, fun and exciting for us to make a final choice.
