Two years ago I purchased a 2010 Altima 3.5 SR from this dealership. I worked hard to get the best deal possible and because of that they earned a repeat customer. This past weekend (May 6th) I went back to dealership and met up with Will Weaver and Patrick Hall, both of whom were a pleasure to work with. Patrick and I had a history based on my previous purchase; this was the first time Will and I worked together. I was trading in my 2010 Altima and looking to get a 2012 Maxima. Will worked hard to ensure that I got a fair price for my Altima and Patrick sealed the deal for the new car by approving the sale price of my Altima. Patrick went a step further and ensured I understood all the financing options and was comfortable with the deal that had been worked out. Which I was. So often purchasing a new car can feel like a battle of attrition and after it's over you somehow walk away feeling like you lost. This dealership, Patrick and Will in particular, made me feel comfortable and continually stressed they were taking care of me. Instead of walking out of the dealership bruised and battered I walked out with a sweet new ride, a feeling of accomplishment and contentment, a strengthened relationship with Patrick, and new relationship with Will. It is no secret that coming to the dealership sometimes is not very pleasant: it takes so much of your energy, time, the staff is not always knowledgeable and tries to push the sale of a vehicle instead o is not very pleasant: it takes so much of your energy, time, the staff is not always knowledgeable and tries to push the sale of a vehicle instead of contributing of getting the "best match" for you and your budget...but working with Omid was such a pleasure, he was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, all the questions were answered properly. When I went test drive the 2012 Altima I was interested in, the battery was dead and it was out of gas but Derek quickly got a jumper box and gas can so we could be on our way. I really enjoyed my experience at Browns Nissan. I worked with Patrick Hall (Sales Manager) directly when purchasing my "Z" in 2010. I had some difficulty with a previous sales manager at the dealership (he left shortly after we had our issue) back in 2008. I came by to look at some of the 350Z cars they had in stock and wanted to talk to a manager. That is when I met Patrick for the first time. Great discussion! He apologized for the behavior of the previous manager and agreed to work with me specifically if I wanted to purchase a car there. In 2010, when I was looking to purchase a 370Z, I worked with Patrick to find the right car for me (was not in stock there, but he had someone pick it up from Annapolis that night and I drove it off the lot the next day. Great customer service from the sales department. I have owned the car for two years now, and 40,000 miles, and have worked with several people at the dealership since the purchase. Terry, my service adviser is knowledgeable and helpful. James (Service Manager) has been very supportive during a bluetooth warrante issue that I have had. Vince (Parts Manager) has been able to procure the parts that I needed in a timely manner and is knowledgeable about the process, so when there is a delay, he is abgle to explain it in a way tht makes sense to the customer. Their customer service attention, even from the Sales Manager, continues after the sale, and that I really appreciate. I can easily see purchasing more cars from this dealership. More
