Within a week after the sale, I noticed some trunk motor issue for my MB E-350. I contacted Jerry Brooks and Patrick Hall for the same by e-mail and then phone. They were happy to fix it without giving me any hard time. Elliotte was following up with me about this fix througout. The service was worth 2K from MB dealer. The car looks almost like new now. It was a very pleasant exprience which I didn't expect before I visit them. I recommend this dealership for other buyers. More
