Based on the experience I had at Browns Sterling Nissan, I feel like I will be a customer for life. Knowing I would have difficulties finding a vehicle based on my credit score, I went directly to the Finan I feel like I will be a customer for life. We were constantly communicating for several days and she was committed in helping me out with my situation. She certainly went above and beyond to provide the best customer service and was always understanding throughout the entire process. Furthermore after having an idea of how much I would be able to finance, she partnered me with Salesperson Isaac Solomon who was a true gentlemen. He was not pushy, but instead extremely helpful. Ultimately in the end I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I felt I would not have been able to buy. All in all, I recommend Browns Sterling Nissan and thank them for having employees like Isaac and especially Jessica. Service like that is hard to come by in any industry. When we arrived, we were greeted by a sales rep named Mike who took great care in helping us find the car we were looking for. When it came time to barter, he introduced us to Patrick who was very knowledgeable and made it all work for us. He found us the Murano in the exact color were looking for and it had more features than we could have expected. Everyone we worked with was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, including Dimitri in financing. The hatchback had a couple of paint issues and they have already been addressed and look great. We are definite clients of Browns Nissan and would highly recommend them to friends and family. More
