I have been using Sakeralis for servicing our vehicles for years. The service is always friendly, courteous and professional. If you think you may need something done on the vehicle, but the service department thinks it is not needed yet that is what they tell you. Marsha and Mike are the best in customer relations.

"Dodge Ram 2500"

I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 with a diesel. I took a vacation to the Lake of the Ozarks and my truck broke down on me. I called everywhere that I could think of and nobody could get me in for 2 weeks. I live 5 hours away so this was not good. I called Sakelaris to see if they could help and they got me in within 2 days. They worked very hard to get my vehicle done in one day so I could go home. Unfortunately they had to order parts so it was going to take a bit longer. They were great about contacting me and keeping me informed on what was going on on my vehicle. I was on the road and heading home by Wednesday. The total bill was about $200 less than they had originally thought that it was going to be. They called me the day after I got home to make sure that everything was ok and to see if I needed anything else. A couple of days later I had a message from Mary Sakelaris to make sure that the service that I received was good and to see if there was anything else that they could help with. I would highly recommend them. If they take this kind of care of the people in the service department I would guess that the sales department would be just as good. For me the next time that I need a vehicle I will be calling them. Thank you to the Service department and to Mary. I appreciate your help.

Thanks and recognition go to Mike Bierman at Don Vance Ford. On his account, my wife and I chose to purchase a new vehicle. Initially we were determined to purchase a used vehicle, however most of the 2011 and 2012 models were higher or nearly the same as a basic no-frills 2013 model. Furthermore, as “brick and mortar” shoppers we could only see the MSRP cost and totally overlooked the Internet Price. Mike’s upfront honesty regarding the $2,000 pricing advantage with the Internet Price persuaded us to move forward on a new vehicle.
