Genesis of Denville gave me a great deal on the truck I purchased. After some bargaining we settled on a price that benefited both of us. The initial salesperson I met with didn’t get back to me in a time purchased. After some bargaining we settled on a price that benefited both of us. The initial salesperson I met with didn’t get back to me in a timely manner, So I was then contacted by Alivia Lear and she placed me with sales consultant Troy Dawson. Once I met with him I knew I was in good hands and the rest of the sales process went seamlessly. Troy took the time to explain everything to me and was very personable and friendly. After I drove the truck home and realized one of the key fobs was not for my vehicle, I contacted Troy and he made sure to get me a replacement so that I have two for the vehicle. Taking care of customers after they purchase a vehicle is a true mark of a good dealership. Thank you Alivia and Troy! More
