this is one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased from them. Great folks work there. Example, the day after I purchased my car (less then 24 hrs.) I purchased a new Accord from McKenney Salinas in 1995. Having a good experience at that time I went back to the dealership on February 9th, 2013 to look at used and new Accords. I explained to him what I was looking for, we first looked at the used cars and then the new. He had all the answers to my questions and I didn't feel pushed to purchase. I explained my situation with David and told him I'd be back in touch. When I called back, David had the day off so I spoke to Bobby Ford. Bobby was very helpful and responded promptly to my questions via email. We were able to work out a deal that worked for us both (at least it did for me, hopefully for the dealership as well). I wasn't able to take ownership of the car when I had orginally expected. I explained the sitution to David and he understood my circumstances. Finally on February 20th I was able to purchase my new 2013 Accord EX-L. David came in on is day off to close the deal, he explained the features and completed the paper work in a very timely manner. David introduced me to Roger Hoyle who did a great job explaining the warranty, unfortuately I was not able to purchase the additonal warrantly. David, Roger and Bobby thanked me for my business. David called me the day after I purchased the car to see if I had questions and to let me know if I did to give him a call. Overall I had a great experience and will refer others to McKenney Salinas and to David Craig. More

We came looking for a small used car for my 17 year old daughter who will be starting college in the fall. I was very impressed with not only the dealership employees but also with the selection of vehicle daughter who will be starting college in the fall. Steven was able to help us pick out a car my daughter liked and I was satisfied with as far as the service history. We also met the Service Advisor who explained what had been done to the car there at the dealership to get it ready to be sold. All these things together added up to my best ever car buying experience especially at a New car dealership. Normally you feel you will be pressured or given the run around at a new car dealership but not at this place. They are great. More
