I had to get a new vehicle because I was in an accident and started looking around at inventories online, comparing inventories to reliable cars found in Consumer Reports. They had several different cars that I was interested in looking at, so I went with my husband. We test drove a Honda Fit and a Honda Civic hybrid, both used. Ultimately, I went with the Fit because of good mileage/reviews and I liked the hatchback element. We were also unsure about maintenance on a used hybrid. The staff were helpful and honest. We liked that our Fit was also a "certified Honda." I would recommend them to people looking for a new or used car. Good selection and good service. More

We specifically went to McKinney Salinas over Hendrick, which is closer to us, because we knew people who had bad experiences at Hendrick and we'd had good experience with McKinney Salinas' service departm which is closer to us, because we knew people who had bad experiences at Hendrick and we'd had good experience with McKinney Salinas' service department in the past. Although we figured we would buy a car from McKinney, we didn't expect to buy it the day we walked in. Jasper did a really great job of explaining everything and quite frankly we felt he was able to give us an offer we couldn't refuse. We live more than 30 minutes away, but we probably will try and bring it to McKinney for service when possible due to the excellent service we received. Thanks and we love our new car!!!! More

I gave this crew a very narrow range of spefications for what I was I was looking for, and they performed. They were courteous and friendly, it seemed as though they cared, I didn't feel like they were try what I was I was looking for, and they performed. I got what I wanted and my expectations were met. Chris closed the deal with the financing and I was on my way in less than two hours. It was a very different car buying experience than I'm used to, and when I'm in the market again, I would definately check them out! More

this is one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased from them. Great folks work there. Example, the day after I purchased my car (less then 24 hrs.) The dealership sent someone to my job, and put the spare on for me, then on to the dealership to repair the tire. What other dealership would of done that?? I really appreciated them doing this for me.Then the tect guy helped me with the phone connection in my car. These people have always been fair and resonable anytime I have been there. All members of the staff were very friendly. I particular liked them being open, honest and "to the point". I really believe the prices paid for the cars were about the best around. I purchased a new Accord from McKenney Salinas in 1995. Having a good experience at that time I went back to the dealership on February 9th, 2013 to look at used and new Accords. I explained to him what I was looking for, we first looked at the used cars and then the new. He had all the answers to my questions and I didn't feel pushed to purchase. I explained my situation with David and told him I'd be back in touch. When I called back, David had the day off so I spoke to Bobby Ford. Bobby was very helpful and responded promptly to my questions via email. We were able to work out a deal that worked for us both (at least it did for me, hopefully for the dealership as well). I wasn't able to take ownership of the car when I had orginally expected. I explained the sitution to David and he understood my circumstances. Finally on February 20th I was able to purchase my new 2013 Accord EX-L. David came in on is day off to close the deal, he explained the features and completed the paper work in a very timely manner. David introduced me to Roger Hoyle who did a great job explaining the warranty, unfortuately I was not able to purchase the additonal warrantly. David, Roger and Bobby thanked me for my business. David called me the day after I purchased the car to see if I had questions and to let me know if I did to give him a call. Overall I had a great experience and will refer others to McKenney Salinas and to David Craig. More
