I had been searching to find a car perfect for me for a few months and had some questionable experiences with other dealerships. I originally contacted the dealership via the internet. CJ Called me back few months and had some questionable experiences with other dealerships. I originally contacted the dealership via the internet. CJ Called me back with straightforward information and answered my questions. I later got more information from CJ and Jonathan and this encouraged me to make a 2 hour drive to this dealership. I was worried about whether I would face a "bait and switch" situation but I took a chance. Jonathan introduced me to Eddie who is one of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. I was shown the exact cars that I had discussed on the phone. The whole buying experience was straightforward and I believe everyone was fair and honest with me. I love my new car and I appreciate the people I worked with and I am spreading the word to everyone I know to go see "my people" in Gastonia. More

I cannot thank Regina Bias enough for the countless hours, phone calls AND emails involed in the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. Purchasing a new vehicle was a very difficult decision for me as I have hours, phone calls AND emails involed in the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. Purchasing a new vehicle was a very difficult decision for me as I have always had used cars. I went into the process with a list of 12 cars to test drive..... I know, I'm a "rare" individual. McKenney-Salinas Honda was the first dealership that I chose to test drive a Pilot and, because of Regina and the welcoming atmosphere of your other employees, it ended up being the final decision. I have always hated the process of purchasing a car, hence, why my last car was 13 years old. I am not one that likes to be pounced on the second I drive on a car lot. Thankfully, I did not experience that at McKenney-Salinas. Rest assured that while I may not purchase another vehicle for 10 more years, I can promise that I will have nothing but postive things to say about your dealership, Regina and the other employees and will, most definitely, refer family and friends to your dealership. I had price-shopped this car on the Internet with several dealerships and McKenny Salinas had the best price on their quote.
