I've been going to Crispin Chevrolet for 18 years now. The customer service is impeccable, unparalled and top notch. The Sales staff let me drive as many cars as I want in order to determine which car I want to either lease or purchase. They answer all my questions. They're never impatient or rush me. The Service Dept. explains to me fully all work that needs to be performed and more importantly why, along with costs associated. I live an hour away from the dealership and am always provided a loaner car wherein they have a driver bring it to me and in turn take my car back to the dealership for servicing. I am never compromised or inconvenienced by having to drive that far, they come to me. That type of service is unmatched. They have always treated me as if I'm a VIP. Every time I take our vehicle to Bill Crispin for service it has been a great experience! We have a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban that is in great shape thanks to them. Dick M. was our salesperson. Jerry the concierge driver is like having your own personal chauffeur! Drop off and pick up couldn't be easier. One day I was there on a very hot and humid day, it was pretty miserable in the garage. I saw Debbie Crispin and some other employees hauling in a gigantic cooler with ice and filling it with bottled water so everyone could stay hydrated while they worked. When you cash out they staple an "inspirational message for the day" to your receipt. Their caring, positive attitude shines through loud and clear.
