I have purchased 3 cars now from Crispin Chevrolet, two used (in 2008 and 2009) and one new Malibu (this year). The service at the point of sale AND all service since, on all 3 cars, has been way beyon used (in 2008 and 2009) and one new Malibu (this year). I was given the benefit of the doubt on a couple of items that were on the edge of an expiring warranty and separately whether they were covered at all. Their turnaround was quick. When there is a problem with my car, I'm usually given more than one option to correct it and at different price levels, which I really appreciate. I have never had to return for the same repair, it is fixed the first time. I also enjoy being greeted by name, almost like a member of the family.
