I recently purchased a used vehicle from your dealership for approximately $80,000 — a significant investment by any measure. Within a very short period, I discovered that the vehicle’s brakes had less than for approximately $80,000 — a significant investment by any measure. Within a very short period, I discovered that the vehicle’s brakes had less than 50% life remaining. I immediately contacted your team, expecting a basic level of post-sale integrity and support. Instead, I was told I would have to cover the cost of brake replacement myself. For a vehicle of this value, this is unacceptable. Brakes are a fundamental safety component. If your dealership delivers vehicles at this price point without ensuring basic mechanical standards — or without clearly disclosing such deficiencies — it reflects poorly on your inspection process, transparency, and customer care philosophy. This experience significantly eroded my trust in your dealership. I would not recommend it to others based on how this situation has been handled. I gave you this rating because I believe dealerships should stand behind their vehicles, especially when sold at premium prices. Had you resolved this issue promptly or shown willingness to share the cost, my impression would be very different. I hope you use this feedback to improve your post-sale support processes. More

Efran is horrible. Went to dealership he gave us a deal, minutes later came back with a higher deal. Which is not acceptable. Days later sends a text saying if you don’t want the vehicle I’m taking you off our list. How rude and unprofessional. Never coming back very horrible experience More

Morgan was our sales person. Morgan was very easy to work with and was respectful of the fact that we had another appointment. Morgan stayed behind Said we could take the test drive. She just needed copy of our drivers license. When we returned we briefly talked about numbers. Moron ran the information past the front desk to see where we would end up at. Morgan then brought us a finance request. Was only one page just needed minimal information to get started. We left the dealership for our next appointment. After an hour and a half, Morgan called and made a little bit more information. Later that day we went back to the dealer and picked up our new car. After working with finance to complete the transaction, again no sales pitch. The only extra that we decided on was Gap insurance.
