Tim was amazing! Actually for the first time, where I felt someone from the service department, ESPECIALLY a man, talked to me like a human being. When I returned back few minutes after leaving the lot and explained issue was not resolved, he came into the waiting area and literally sat down (where some just stand above you and just gives you a short explanation for no room to ask questions) Tim did the opposite, took his time to explain the diagnoses & what they found and was just amazing. Through the week he answered all questions I was concerned about because this vehicle is for my 16 year old daughter. So if I could rate Tim, it would truly be 100/10. More
