While searching for a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT with specific options, my wife and I came across Sam Galloway Ford. See previous review on that buying experience. The vehicle arrived on John's day off, but being the incredible salesman he is, he came in anyways to demo the truck and ensure a very smooth transaction. Once again, John Warren worked a great deal for me and in under two hours (including test drive and answering questions about the truck) the deal was struck. The Finance officer was very polite and professional and made the cash purchase a breeze. I drove over 130 miles one way to purchase again from Sam Galloway Ford. I am 57 years old and have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime. No dealership even comes close to the level of service provided by Sam Galloway Ford when it comes to new car purchases. I was looking for a very specific 2022 Ford Explorer. I searched the web and checked with all of my South Florida dealers. He was able to confirm that they had exactly what I wanted, but it was still in transition. John kept me apprised of the estimated delivery until the very day it arrived at the dealership. He then took photos of the vehicle and sent them to me. My husband and I drove over 130 miles (one way) to see if we could work a good deal. John met us and was beyond courteous, professional and caring. He went the extra mile to see that we got what we wanted for our 2018 Dodge Journey. The finance officer was extremely easy to work with making the whole buying experience (believe it or not) enjoyable. John took the time to go over all the new features of the Explorer ensuring I was quite at ease before driving off in my new 2022 Ford Explorer XLT (Rapid Red).
