The purchase of our CPO vehicle was initially a good experience. However, there was a part in the interior of the vehicle that was broken. We pointed it out to our salesman. We were assured it would be fixed or replaced promptly. This was back in March. We are now in September. We have corresponded many times to our salesman and also the sales manager. Numerous empty promises to get it taken care of. Still no results. This is our third vehicle purchase from Sam Galloway. While we love our Ford vehicles, the customer service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. More
