So, I took my car to the techs, and they cleared off some codes without even telling me what they were. They gave me some paperwork saying everything was fine, but guess what? And when I called them, they wanted to charge me a whopping $200+ just to scan the codes again. Talk about a hassle! More

Steven did an excellent job of explaining charges, I still drive the 2019 MKZ and it only has 31,000 miles on it. The controls to open and close stopped working. Steven kept in touch with me and explain still drive the 2019 MKZ and it only has 31,000 miles on it. The controls to open and close stopped working. Steven kept in touch with me and explained costs to replace trunk latch and motors. I was not willing to replace the motors and approved replacement of latch. Bottom line is I was very happy with Steven and not happy with spending $630 for the latch. Once again Steven is amazing doing his job to the fullest. More
