On two occasions I told the front office what I needed repaired and then was later informed by my service agent that the repair part was not in stock. Seems to me if I tell you, e.g., that I’m coming in to have my belts replaced, someone should make sure they have belts before my appointment. More

Scheduled an appointment and left my vehicle with the service department for three days. After picking it up, the check engine light came back on halfway home. If Sam Galloway Ford wants to address the service department’s failure to properly fix vehicles, they should consider replacing every manager and supervisor. Clearly, the current systems and processes are not effective. More
