STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP *** FORD REALLY WANTS TO SELL NEW TRUCKS EVEN THOUGH THEY CANT SERVICE CURRENT CUSTOMERS. MY $117,000 TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAITING TO GET DIAGNOSED FOR A SELL NEW TRUCKS EVEN THOUGH THEY CANT SERVICE CURRENT CUSTOMERS. MY $117,000 TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAITING TO GET DIAGNOSED FOR A CRITICAL FAILURE FOR 4 WEEKS NOW. Sam Galloway Ford AND Ford Motor Company DO NOT CARE! I AM TOLD THAT CUSTOMERS WITH APPOINTMENTS HAVE PRIORITY OVER CUSTOMERS WITH CRITICAL FAILURES. I SHOULD HAVE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CRITICAL FAILURE, MAKES NO SENSE. MY 2019 TRUCK HAS GONE THROUGH TRANSMISSION, TURBO, OIL INTAKE, DEF REPLACEMENTS AND OVER 5 MONTHS OF DOWNTIME IN 20 MONTHS.... SERVICE YOUR CURRENT CUSTOMERS AND IN TURN WE MAY BUY MORE PRODUCT. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE HAVE STOPPED BUYING FORD FOR OUR FLEET. UPDATE 06/22/21 - truck is still at the dealership, They started on it and realized they didn't have all of the necessary parts. We are backed up another week. They have had the truck for almost 7 weeks. If you look at the 1 star reviews and the responses asking to call is comical. The commercial service department manager never called me back! More

Go somewhere else I could break this all down into very specific details but it comes down to the same thing I had brought my car in for a replacement of a Positive Bat I could break this all down into very specific details but it comes down to the same thing I had brought my car in for a replacement of a Positive Battery harness. They called said I don't need a new harness I need a new Battery post Clamp. (Never in history has a battery post clam gone bad unless broken) when I picked up the car nothing was done not even the clamp was changed I know because I marked it while i was working on car. brought back and they wrapped the wired attached to it with electrical take and said there all better. I got a survey from them and I responded with explaining what they did. so they started calling me to bring it in so they could make things right. at first I thought awesome, they asked what else was wrong with the car I thought of 2 simple easy things my reverse lights were not working could be just a fuse and my headlight were dim could use new bulbs. they called me and wanted additional $960 to fix headlights and $260 to fix reverse lights. I went online and a reverse light switch $17 and If i put brand new LED or HID headlights complete assembly $123. you do the math either takes 10 mins to install. More

Great place Brought my truck in for service, but I had concerns that my truck wouldn't be covered as I'm 1500 miles past mileage for warranty. Bryan in the s Brought my truck in for service, but I had concerns that my truck wouldn't be covered as I'm 1500 miles past mileage for warranty. Bryan in the service isle suffered my OCD, and got the job done. Manament got involved and went to great lengths to work with Ford to get the repairs covered. A+ More

Worst dealership to buy from and they lie to you I took my car in because I had a slice in my tire and I've watched their warranty package to cover my tires. I bought four new tires from them I need I took my car in because I had a slice in my tire and I've watched their warranty package to cover my tires. I bought four new tires from them I need did an alignment and when I got the car back the steering wheel is crooked and had to take the car back and explain it to him that it was wrong. Everything has been wrong from this dealership from day one and I really don't know what to do because of being lied to so much . When I buy another vehicle it will not be from them and I won't take it in to them for service because of the problems I've had with them. Just to say if you don't know what to look for and you let them work on it expect to have problems afterwards . More
Horrible, horrible customer service Giving 1 star was my only choice. I've read reviews on different sites over the past 10 or so years and 50% of them have been bad. I've been giving Sa Giving 1 star was my only choice. I've read reviews on different sites over the past 10 or so years and 50% of them have been bad. I've been giving Sam Galloway the benefit of the doubt and I am now no longer going to do so. We have a 2014 Ford Explorer that has had the same exact problems 3 separate times over the past 12 months. The service department has the car for weeks at a time and no one can seem to figure out what is wrong with it. The last time we brought it in there, they said they figured it out and they fixed it. Now 3 months later, we're having the exact same problems again. Meanwhile, the visor in our 2015 Mustang GT no longer works. The mirror light is out and the homelink (a.k.a. garage door opener) no longer works. I called last Tuesday to try to get it in for service. The woman told me they would try to get someone to look at it that day. I decided to make an appointment for 9am on Saturday instead. I dropped the car off at 8:30 am with the service person named Jeff. He said that he would call me in a few hours. At 3:30, I still hadn't heard from Jeff or anyone from the service center and knowing that they close at 4pm, I had to call the. I asked for Jeff and was put on hold for 14 minutes and 41 seconds. Then hung up and called again and got Jeff on the phone and he told me that no one has looked at the car today and that he is sorry. No explanation of why nor did he give me any resolution. The funny thing is that the same thing happened about 2 months ago with the sister company Coconut Point Ford in Estero. I dropped my car off at 8am, they shuttled me to work. Got a ride to dealership at 5pm and they told me that they didn't have time to look at it thoroughly to give a diagnosis or decide if they could order parts. Lesson learned, I will now take our vehicles to Sarasota Ford. That's where we ended up buy-ing the mustang from and saving $10,000 and got a car that is extremely better than what Galloway or Coconut Point could offer us. Believe me it will be worth the drive. If you choose to do business with either dealership, I wish you the best of luck!! More
