Have always had excellent service, both in vehicle purchases and maintenance. I had a recent issue with a wheel on my Mach-E, determined to be rust on the right rear wheel, shortly after a major rain purchases and maintenance. I had a recent issue with a wheel on my Mach-E, determined to be rust on the right rear wheel, shortly after a major rain event that I drove through. When attempted to drive 2 days later, I experienced a locked-up of the rear right wheel and once able to move it, a loud clunking noise when driving.. I use one-pedal driving primarily, which does not use the disk brakes (as I understand), which apparently lead to this problem. I worked with Aubrey in the service department and she was excellent to work with and between Aubry and the service person who is specifically handling the Mach-E vehicles, all is good again. I do think Ford needs to make clear to owners the potential of disk rusting, when using primarily one-pedal driving, and will follow up with a note to Ford on that issue. But again, would not think of going anywhere for service and purchases of Ford products other than Sam Galloway. More
I need to share the incredible service that Galloway provided after a poor experience within the service department. There were several issues that occurred while my vehicle was being serviced. Upon speaking to Scott McSweeney the general manager, took the time to listen and address the issues and concerns that I had. Scott, along with Roy Hardin, went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my concerns. In any organization that provides service to the public will run into issues, concerns and problems it is inevitable to occur. It is the response of that organization to these known issues, concerns or problems that warrants how well they are able to service their customers. Together Scott and Roy, did an incredible job rectifying a situation in providing outstanding customer service! Thank you! More

We bought a new 2021 Lincoln Aviator from th UPDATE DOWN BELOW… Unfortunately, tried to pad our bill through the collision center by about $1000. We bought a new 2021 Lincoln Aviator from this dealership about a year ago. Took it in for 3 required recalls, regular oil change, a complete once over, top to bottom, including detailing inside and out, 2 tire repairs, a seat repair and 1 body repair. For the body shop repair we were quoted just a little over $1200. Great, we said. We knew it would take awhile, which we were fine with. Our contact person, Randall kept us well informed of the process, the progress alone the way and all of the expenses. At one point, we got a call and text from the collision center that they had found minor damage to the front bumper protector and said it would be an additional $368, roughly to fix it. This was not something we were aware of but after discussing it, we called back to say go ahead with the repair. BAD IDEA! Since we live 30 minutes away, we did not go verify this new to us, damage… we just took Mr Chima’s word for it. Secondly, it was a verbal quote from Mr. Chima and not an actual written one like the other body repair. Where this process went sideways is when we went to pick up our vehicle after we were notified by Randall that it was ready. We show up on Saturday morning and handed the bill. It was about $1000.00 OVER what we were quoted. After throughly reviewing the itemized bill, we realize the extra $1000.00 was from the collision center. So not shocked! With s skeleton crew on Saturday, our contact person, Randall nor Mr. Chima was there. So, since she could not adjust the bill, we refused to pay and walked out without our car. I refuse to be highjacked. Monday morning, our contact person and the collision center staff will be there for us to confront them in person. Why do this to your customers? It’s only going to make us NEVER want to buy from them again. .. not to mention, get another bad review and a crappy reputation. Why would we recommend a company that would do this? I will update this review to let you know what happens after the meeting tomorrow. Update: I am going to call it a miscommunication. But in the final hour, it was completely handled and all is good. The car looks amazing and we only had to pay for what we had to agreed to. More
Scheduled a service request for 10:00 AM. Got there at 9:45 AM. At 12:30 PM I asked for a status and they had not even started on my vehicle. The tech told me the 10:00 AM appt was with him and not for th 9:45 AM. At 12:30 PM I asked for a status and they had not even started on my vehicle. The tech told me the 10:00 AM appt was with him and not for the service. What good is a scheduled appointment if they don’t start on your vehicle until they feel like it? Won’t be going back for service there. They lost a customer for life. I won’t even buy a vehicle from them. They better get their problems fixed or they won’t have many customers. More
My experience with my sales person Adam and Bruce in service has been Great. Adam really went above and beyond making my experience great. I went 23 miles from my home to this dealership because Germain Lincoln didn’t seem to want my business enemy though I told them I was price sensitive. I do have an issue with the shifting of my gears between 0 &20 that when I spoke to Terri at corporate immediately wanted me to have Galloway service department get my vehicle and contact the engineer to discuss this annoying gear shifting. That appointment is 9-21. This chugging at low gears is not normal. My very first car at 16 yrs of age was a mercury montego, I’m 65 and have had many cars and never had this problem. I hope your engineers can figure out this problem because I have thirty five more months to drive it and it would really be upsetting if they don’t figure it out. I was initially told that they all do that but I can’t believe I’m the only one that has complained enough to have your engineers try to find a fix. Please please make sure they do ! Thank you. I AM TOLD THAT CUSTOMERS WITH APPOINTMENTS HAVE PRIORITY OVER CUSTOMERS WITH CRITICAL FAILURES. I SHOULD HAVE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CRITICAL FAILURE, MAKES NO SENSE. MY 2019 TRUCK HAS GONE THROUGH TRANSMISSION, TURBO, OIL INTAKE, DEF REPLACEMENTS AND OVER 5 MONTHS OF DOWNTIME IN 20 MONTHS.... SERVICE YOUR CURRENT CUSTOMERS AND IN TURN WE MAY BUY MORE PRODUCT. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT WE HAVE STOPPED BUYING FORD FOR OUR FLEET. UPDATE 06/22/21 - truck is still at the dealership, They started on it and realized they didn't have all of the necessary parts. We are backed up another week. They have had the truck for almost 7 weeks. If you look at the 1 star reviews and the responses asking to call is comical. The commercial service department manager never called me back! More

They called said I don't need a new harness I need a new Battery post Clamp. (Never in history has a battery post clam gone bad unless broken) when I picked up the car nothing was done not even the clamp was changed I know because I marked it while i was working on car. brought back and they wrapped the wired attached to it with electrical take and said there all better. I got a survey from them and I responded with explaining what they did. so they started calling me to bring it in so they could make things right. at first I thought awesome, they asked what else was wrong with the car I thought of 2 simple easy things my reverse lights were not working could be just a fuse and my headlight were dim could use new bulbs. they called me and wanted additional $960 to fix headlights and $260 to fix reverse lights. I went online and a reverse light switch $17 and If i put brand new LED or HID headlights complete assembly $123. you do the math either takes 10 mins to install. More
