Dallas and Andrew are great! Every experience with a service advisor has been pleasant, competent, and communicative. But I’ve run into a few instances now with scheduling. On two occasions I told the front office what I needed repaired and then was later informed by my service agent that the repair part was not in stock. Seems to me if I tell you, e.g., that I’m coming in to have my belts replaced, someone should make sure they have belts before my appointment. More
Why don’t you stage all new “like” vehicles together in one area. That would make shopping comparison (colors, trim levels, options) much easier to evaluate and would probably up-sell some buyers, not even one area.
