Looking at a multitude of cars, I came into the dealership with a strong offer from a competitor and the dealer was willing to beat their price by $30 Looking at a multitude of cars, I came into the dealership with a strong offer from a competitor and the dealer was willing to beat their price by $300 and also beat Carmax's offer by $900. I took loving care of my 2015 Honda Civic, but I had excess mileage over my lease agreement which limited my choices for the car itself. The lobby is spacious, plenty of snacks, and an area to relax while the paperwork is finishing up. Fernando was willing to give me the best offer and he was friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. The paperwork will take 21 days to process and there is a small fee at the end for paperwork. I was even offered a ride back to my place.
