San Francisco Honda - Service Center

Honda said there was a recall for my model 2 years ago, but parts weren't available then. Then a week or so ago I saw another reminder to bring my car in for the recall fix. I called and made an appointm but parts weren't available then. Then a week or so ago I saw another reminder to bring my car in for the recall fix. I called and made an appointment more than a week ahead and told the receptionist it was for the recall. I brought the car in and was told the part wasn't available. Someone should have checked to make sure the part was there since I specified it was for the recall when I made the appointment. More

I have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership, however. In fairness I will say they went out of their way to try and make it right.
