I had heard Sanderson Ford had a reputation of taking care of their customers. My experience there completely confirmed this. After having a horrible experience at another local Ford dealership, I called Sanderson to do some warranty work. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and on the Friday before, I was contacted by their service advisor, Mike Perreault. Mike said he always reviews the appointments that he has on the coming business day and, when he looked at my vehicle’s file, he noticed the factory warranty expired that day. Because of that, my vehicle would no longer be under warranty when I brought it in on Monday. He said that he would be willing to take my vehicle in that afternoon and when I told him that I wouldn’t be able to drop it off until shortly after they closed, he said he would wait for me. I brought my vehicle in and he was incredibly kind and easy to work with. I pointed out one warranty issue that the previous dealership would not address, saying it was normal for wheel well covers to pull in towards the tire. Mike said that was not correct and the problem would get addressed. Mike contacted me the following business day and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was shocked that they got the work done so quickly. I can’t recommend Sanderson Ford enough and thank you Mike for your outstanding customer service. More

In January 2025 I purchased an Enterga motorhome and bought it to Sanderson Ford dealership in Glendale Arizona for its routine maintenance, as well as a concern about very unstable steering. The vehicle pulls heavily to the right of the road requiring constant correction and is very frightening and dangerous for the driver and occupants. This constant need for over correction results in rapid driver, fatigue and anxiety for all occupants. When I went to the dealership to pickup the vehicle I was told that that they “could not reproduce this condition and that the vehicle was operating within the DESIGN PARAMETERS”. They had the vehicle for over a week and found absolutely nothing wrong and did not perform ANY of the maintenance. to Sanderson Ford for anything related to the drive train. A simple search online will reveal that this is a well-known problem and this chassis type. I was then told that it would be my personal responsibility to have this manufacture defect corrected at my own expanse. I don’t understand how the FORD Motor Company has not been held responsible for this dangerous defect being corrected. When I did an online search I found the add on equipment for sale at north of $2000 to correct a steering problem in brand new vehicles. The service rep told me the about the add on equipment but then me that his service manager had just informed him that they were no longer certified to sale or install this equipment (of course that just started the day of this encounter) More
