Great service every time! Took my car in about noon on a Friday because of low tire pressure, service attendant found screw embedded in one tire and while discussing repair wi Took my car in about noon on a Friday because of low tire pressure, service attendant found screw embedded in one tire and while discussing repair with Leigh Chapman, service representative, discovered my BMW was due for service in a few thousand miles so Leigh arranged to perform regular service while tire was being repaired saving me another visit. While being serviced, technician discovered problem with front axle and Leigh ordered parts and will schedule appointment to fix problem. My car was ready for pickup that afternoon as promised by Leigh and, all in all, a very productive visit thanks to Leigh. I was especially pleased that Leigh was concerned the axle repair could be completed while my car was still under warranty. He also arranged for an Uber ride to and from home so I could complete a few projects I had planned before I discovered the tire pressure problem. I appreciate Leigh’s and everyone else’s efforts to make my recent experience as pleasant as possible. Well done! More
