I have purchased two cars from Sandia BMW Mini in the past 6 months or so. On both occasions, I had a great experience. Professional, responsive, and reasonable during every interaction, beginning with my mechanic’s preliminary call, to my intake upon arrival, staff were polite and attentive. I have to drive 2 hours each way for service and the whole department pitched in to assess, diagnose, and perform all parts procurement and replacement. They helped to get to the bottom of a mechanical mystery to reunite me with my trusty car again. I am over the moon and could not love my car more than I did when I first bought it. Kudos to Zack and Jonathan and to the rest of the techs and mechanics who toiled tirelessly to take care of all of my needs same day. And a final nod to the resident concierge angel for keeping the coffee/snack bar stocked with tasty beverages and savory goodies and providing a peaceful place to relax while everyone was working their magic.
