Since we moved here from California we have had to visit this service department 4 times. Six weeks ago we brought our BMW in because the air conditioner wasn’t working. At that time we were assured it was this service department 4 times. Six weeks ago we brought our BMW in because the air conditioner wasn’t working. At that time we were assured it was fixed. It worked at first, but the car resumed to blowing out hot air again. We had to pay an additional $500 and were told it would cost $5000 to investigate the problem. The first time I took it in, the car wouldn’t travel past 10 mph because the break release symbol wouldn’t come off. Again, I had to pay only to be told that although the car no longer had this problem, the technicians did not know why it happened. I had to tow it to the delearship. Therefore, all of my friends both here and in California will never purchase a BMW, nor will I. We will be selling the vehicle as I just purchased a new Ford Escape. I do not blame the service advisors, but I do blame BMW. It has been confirmed that your vehicles are high maintenance and riddled with problems! More
