Usually I have had really good experiences when I have brought my car in for service. Yesterday not so. My advisor let me know that they would be leaving early but would get another advisor to take care brought my car in for service. Yesterday not so. My advisor let me know that they would be leaving early but would get another advisor to take care of me if my car was done before she got back. I didn’t know when she left. Usually someone from service comes out to talk to me about suggested repairs, that didn’t happen. What I got instead was a bad scratchy video of the underside of my car. A lot of what was on the video I couldn’t understand because it sounded like something scraping over the microphone. I was sitting outside doing an email and I saw my car being driven out and parked. I continued with my work email and after about 15 minutes, I went inside to let them know that my car was parked outside. They didn’t know who was supposed to be covering my advisor. Usually I get a printed list of recommended repairs , not this time. The service advisor that rang up my bill didn’t seem happy and didn’t say much of anything to me. Usually the service is great, yesterday it was barely good. More

For the second time in a row, my indicator was not reset following an oil change. The first 3 years of owning my Mini, I felt like I got very good service. Yesterday’s service visit fell way below my expect following an oil change. The first 3 years of owning my Mini, I felt like I got very good service. I did not feel like I could make informed choices regarding future service. I was not told the cost of the brake fluid change or the air filters. I’ve gotten accustomed to better service at the dealership which is why I’ve taken it there for service, but yesterday was disappointing. More

Had an appointment at 7:00, was there just before, first car in line. Want until I pushed them at 10:00 to confirm why the check engine light came on.
