We had them install a new roof cargo box and rails on our 2023 Mini Countryman JCW. The rack came out centered and matched very well. When pointed out to the service manager, David, he happily took the vehicle back to have it buffed and cleaned up. It came back looking brand new. Things happen to anyone and the team and Sandia Mini BMW were most prompt and helpful addressing the issue. Will definitely return in the future for all of our Mini needs! More
