I went due to email I received, got a coupon for oil change which was valid for 30 days . Was going to expire so i called to set up appointment and got one right away Upon arrival they acknowledged us change which was valid for 30 days . Our service advisor was Scott Parker who was with customer at the time ,had a shiort wiait he attended us quickly , was very courteous and professional. We stayed and waited the wait was a little longer than normal but he was very coiteous and thanked us for waiting and apologized for the wait. They checked the car and battery at no cost. Provided addional service required with video of what it was and the cost. Very efficient. I ordered placemats while I was there aswell. The service was exceptional as well as the cost with coupon . I was very pleased with service. More

While driving cross country we experienced harsh dust storm conditions. Sandia BMW service rep Leigh Chapman did a fantastic job fitting us in on a Saturday.
