I started looking at BMW when it was time for us to get a new lease. We are very thorough shoppers and Josh was patient and eager to show us different models and take drives in them to ensure we had all of t new lease. Once I make a decision on a vehicle I am also well educated on the whole process, Roxy and Josh were perfect liaisons, able to answer my inquires and emails quickly and without playing games. Once a deal was reached there was absolutely zero differences in the deal we agreed to on paper and the numbers we signed with the finance manager. We came in to do the paperwork for the car and the whole experience was one of the easiest car buying processes i’ve ever had. Tiarre went over all of the features of the new car with us and gave us all of the tools we would need to understand all of the features (there are a ton) of our new X3.
