Repair tailgate Adjustments were made to allow tailgate to open properly. Nothing can be done about twist in tailgate due to assist spring. General Motors has issued a letter stating that there is nothing that can be done. I do not blame the dealership nor mechanics. But I would think that after buying a truck that cost 50k I wouldn't get letters saying that this is unrepairable from GM. More

Check Engine Light Michael wonderful! We purchased a suburban from another dealer in April, in June the check engine light came on - needless to say we were not happy. B Michael wonderful! We purchased a suburban from another dealer in April, in June the check engine light came on - needless to say we were not happy. Brought it into Sands and Michael made it absolutely painless, turns out it was a fluke but he checked the entire system and car to make 100% sure all was well before sending us on our way. I would and will 100% bring my vehicle back there for any maintenance and/or issues! They were wonderful, he said it would take 1.5-2 hours and we were in the car on our way home at roughly 1.75 hours! More

Oil leak under my Duramax I noticed an oil leak under my truck recently and stopped at Sands to make an appointment. Went in looking for Jean Jajou who helped me last earlier.
