The reason I bought my 2011 Ford Escape from Sands Ford in Red Hill is because of my past experience with the service department. On a few occasions over the last 9 months I had brought my old car, a 2005 in Red Hill is because of my past experience with the service department. On a few occasions over the last 9 months I had brought my old car, a 2005 Mitsubishi Gallant there to have it serviced. I found both Shawn Custer and Donna Hesse to be straight forward "no nonsense" or "B.S." when dealing with them. When I took it to the Kelly Mitsubishi dealership in Emmaus my experience was quite the opposite: a lot of B.S. and a lot of repairs and money to keep it going which was contrary to my experience with the service department at Sands Ford in Red Hill. At the end of June, I decided it was time to buy a new car. So, because of my experience with Sands Ford Service Department, and because I wanted to buy a Ford, I gladly went in to talk to their Sales Department and Staff. My experience got even better. I found C.J. Correa, Bob Dinkel and Joe Sullivan to be top notch, first class, no B.S. type of men. They were straight forward with me, easy to work with and do business with and had that "personal" touch that you so often don't see anymore when dealing with car dealerships. Because I brought my Mitsubishi Gallant there for service on several occasions, they were willing to give me a little bit more for my trade in value which I appreciated very much. Also, Bob Dinkel patiently explained to me how the Kelly Blue Book works correcting my misunderstanding of the value of the car. CJ Correa was upfront, professional, personal, friendly and also easy to work with. He met all of my wants and desires for the car, and didn't put on a high pressure sales pitch which I don't like to begin with. When it came to paying for the car that's when Joe Sullivan entered the picture. He was courteous, kind, personable, and again, like the others, easy to work with. Several times he had to re-do the sales receipt because of changes but it was no problem. To sum it all up: my experience at Sands Ford in Red Hill was better than I could have imagined before I went in the door! They were all kind, courteous, personable and professional from start to finish. They had the small dealer "touch" that I thought was a vestige of the past, and which I like very much. No pressure. No hassles, No sales pitch full of B.S. And that's the reason I bought the car there. I would highly recommend the dealer to all of my friends and anyone who asks. I would do business with them any day of the week, and I will continue take my business there going forward! More
Just came from purchasing a used car from this dealership. After visiting several different dealers over the past couple of days, I have to say how refreshing this dealer was! There was no pressur dealership. After visiting several different dealers over the past couple of days, I have to say how refreshing this dealer was! There was no pressure, the sales manager (Bob) took the time to come out from "behind the curtain" and explain the numbers to us, all while our salesman (Tom) was juggling two sales at once while still maintaining adequate and courteous service to us. The overall buying process was quick and painless. They even stayed a little after closing to make sure I could take my car home that night! I highly recommend this dealer! More

He was a former contractor as well so he understood my needs. I looked at several vehicles and Mark always give me his honest opinion when I asked him questions and he made recommendations as well that I found helpful. When I found the van that I wanted I had a few things I wanted done like installing a new step up bumper and having the bulk head removed and Mark accommodated me the same day! Mark made every effort to make sure I was happy customer.I would highly recommend Sands Auto Group to any of my friends and family. The price on my vehicle was also below that of the competition. More

My husband bought a new car from this dealership and he loves it. He came in and got his car appraised but the first time the numbers were close but cj.and the team said they would work on it. He kept in contact with was and finally my husband was sitting here and he got the phone call at 6 pm and he said its cj and I.know its good news. I seen him smile and look at me and said I have to leave now so I can get the car. Needless to say he came hone with is so happy. Thank you all for doing all you did to get him into this car. I drove out to Sands Hill from NJ because of a particular mid-size truck I have been looking for; they were advertising the pickup truck online. I would recomemded this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car, you cant go wrong with the vechiles they have and the staff is just pleasent to work with, it was one place I felt the salesperson was not trying to take advantage of me, but worked with me and my budget, where else can you find a staff or a dealership like that.. Considering I do not enjoy car shopping! Our salesman Mark made it an enjoyable experience from the moment we met him until we left. We had a good time actually doing something I'm not fond of. When it came to price, they showed us how they discount their vehicles upfront, online for all to see and that made us comfortable in knowing we paid a fair price. Normally I hate that part.
