Dear Dave and Bertha Thank you for considering our dealership to purchase a car. Our goal is to streamline the process buy offering our best value offer upfront. Most of our customers have told us they do not like the process of negotiation and prefer to have our best offer first. All our new and preowened cars are priced low as a response to our customers recommendations. We do consider offers and make the effort to reach our customers goals, but it appears in your case we were thousands apart from your goal. With this pricing structure we do not have thousands of dollars to negotiate with. I'm sorry we could not meet your goal, but were are happy you were able to find something else. Also, even though this car is a 2015 it is a preowned car. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding but we did not represent this car as new.
