I had a unfortunate visit to get my car serviced. I drove 155 miles and had a 10:30 Appt. I waited 4 hours for a oil change. For some reason I fell through the cracks. My car was In for oil change at around 9:30 am, The car was In at 9:00. At 11 am I checked up on my car which was told it was being wash, this went on for another hour the I was told the reason being that was In at 9:00. At 11 am I checked up on my car which was told it was being wash, this went on for another hour the I was told the reason being that they were short of car washers. At 12:05 was told that the car was still not wash I became very upset and told the lady I wanted my car pulled out because I wanted to leave have been there for far too long. A car was brought up which was not my car at this point I’m guessing my car wasn’t even service. I would of never guess this would of happened to me at Pensacola BMW such and an alleged reputable place. More

They destroyed my wife's car. My Wife hit a small dog, They destroyed my wife's car. My Wife hit a small dog, didn't do much damage but enough to knock the crank timing off. The car was towed in from the body shop and they fixed the timing and found the solenoids were worn, so they replaced them too. My wife picked it up and it magically had a new problem, coolant running out of the engine as fast as they could pour it in. So the car goes back in. They replaced the thermostat. My wife's cousin picks the car up and specifically asks if the check engine light is off. The service writer says it is off, Surprise, the light is on, the Service writer says that it's ok, it probably hasn't reset yet, take the car and go. Less than 10 miles later the car starts to overheat. She called into the service department and they told her to bring it back after her classes. That night at about 430, She goes to drop the car off and was told by the service writer that the technicians were gone for the day and to bring it back the next day. Less than a few miles later the engine is stopped. Now they are claiming a freeze plug blew out. They sent me a picture with the freeze plug completely out of the hole, there are metal shavings around where the cleaned out freeze plug hole is, there is clean oil in one of the spark plug wells while the rest is mixed with coolant. And they are claiming there are no codes saying it overheated. They are doing everything they can to get out of taking responsibility for their techs and service writers destroying my wife's car and want us to pay 12k for a new engine. More

No Loaner My name is Gaylord Freeman, and I am representing my cousins John & Ruthie Jones Sr. I have owned a BMW for more than a decade. I truly enjoy driving My name is Gaylord Freeman, and I am representing my cousins John & Ruthie Jones Sr. I have owned a BMW for more than a decade. I truly enjoy driving a BMW. Most of all, I truly enjoy how BMW makes you part of their family. Whenever I took my BMW in for services, the BMW dealership always provided me with a BMW loaner. I am always telling family and friends about the great customer service BMW provides. I am a “BMW Man”. Well, I convinced my cousin John Jones Sr to buy his wife a BMW. He purchased a BMW for his wife to surprise her on her birthday in 2017 from Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola, Florida. She loves her BMW. Nevertheless, the problem they’re having is when they take it in for service Sansing keep their BMW for more then three days, and they do not offer or have any loaner cars available. Therefore, John & Ruthie has to go outside of BMW to rent a vehicle. Now, this is really unacceptable and not fair. Sandy Sansing BMW has a policy that states, if you purchase a BMW from their dealership, and you bring your vehicle in for service that takes more than three hours, then they will provide their customer with a loaner. My cousins have taken their BMW twice for service, and each time they walk away without a loaner. This not the type of service that I sold them on. Sandy Sansing BMW, I need for your dealership to make right by them. My cousins are senior citizens who do not like to complain. Therefore, let me be their voice. This unfair treatment. They are not looking for money, although Sansing can pay for the rent a car that they had to pay for. What we all want is better service to all your customers. I asked that the General Manager of Sandy Sansing BMW personally give them a call, and then call me. On December 19, 2018, we received a call from Kathy Haley who is part of the Management Team at Sandy Sansing BMW.
